Computers, Processes and Management is an independent management consultancy initially formed in 1997. We offer specialist advice to organisations on the use of business models, analytical techniques and information technology to address complex problems improving planning, decision making and performance. It is run by seasoned business and technology professionals with excellent track records in making a positive impact on corporate performance through technology and exploiting information  (Data and Digital).

The team pride ourselves that we are not “just” advisers we are practitioners and can get down and dirty.
